Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Sales Support to join our team w/Abundant Solutions! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Process Sales Orders: Enter sales orders received via sales counter, phone, fax or email into the proper sales order entry screen in PFM.

Sales / Customer Service: Making sales calls to accounts as needed. Responding to customer through email, fax or phone, providing order status updates.
Coordinate Delivery to Customers: Assist and track call for orders, direct shipments and local delivery orders. Maintain communication with customers and shipping department to ensure customer orders are shipped according to Production Turnaround Time Policy.
Face to Face Customer Visits: Making initial and / or troubleshooting visits to customers experiencing issues or needing products quickly.

Sales & Marketing Team Support: Assisting VP of Sales, Business Development Manager, Outside Sales Representatives and Marketing Department with special projects as required. Maintain and update records on the CRM. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • 4-6 years experience in customer service is required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
