Due to our continued growth, we are actively seeking at least one and possibly two forward-thinking, business-minded SALES PROS to help take us to another level in 2018. In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Working with local leadership to target businesses that support our suite of staffing services including manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse/distribution center operations, professional/clerical staffing and customer service
· Researching potential and current customers to clearly understand their business issues and determine current and future needs for our services
· Managing a pipeline of business and activity levels sufficient to move business through the sales cycle from prospect to customer
· Pro-actively identify key decision makers within prospective client organizations and to determine existing and future business opportunities
· Balancing your day/week between calls on existing/current relationships and cold calls to ensure that your pipeline of opportunities is adequate to hit established goals and metrics.
· Leveraging your existing professional and personal network to assist in growing your pipeline
· Understanding our pricing structure and gross margin targets to ensure business is being priced profitably
· Working with leadership on establishing goals and objectives that allow for successful growth personally, professionally and financially

The ideal candidate that we seek is probably a diamond in the rough, but we're willing to dig a little deeper to find the person that has a:
· Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a B2B sales position ideally in a service-based sales environment such as recruiting, staffing, financial services, software sales, payroll sales, telecom sales, logistics/3PL services, etc.
· High-level of comfort selling to multiple layers within an organization from the corner office to the manufacturing floor
· Proven track record of success negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with customers
· Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions in an autonomous work environment
· Stable work history – ideally no more than three (3) jobs in the last five (5) years. While this isn’t a “deal breaker” be prepared to pro-actively discuss your job moves and reasons behind those moves if it is more than this
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
