Description
Our client is one of Dallas’ fastest-growing automotive supply organizations. With operations throughout the U.S., Mexico and Latin America, our client is seeking at least two (2) Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Handling incoming calls from customers seeking updates and information
• Working to assess needs of customers as per contracted terms
• Support sales and account managers as well as addressing any customer service concerns and questions.
• Review ongoing plans with customers to evaluate needs and issues and counsel appropriately.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their contracts.

Job Requirements Include:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English – both written and verbal communication abilities
• 2+ years in a professional CSR role working with B2B customers ideally
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great attitude with strong analytical skills for decision-making
• Enjoy speaking on the phone with people and performing computer research
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; effectively sharing ideas, skills and knowledge
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience as a proven top performer in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
