Our client is one of Dallas’ premier Real Estate management and consulting firms. With a major presence in the Dallas market and a footprint that reaches literally around the globe, our client is seeking BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS that speak PORTUGUESE AND/OR SPANISH to support their Latin American client base. In this role, our client is seeking:
• High school equivalency or diploma
• Excellent job tenure – NO MORE THAN THREE (3) JOBS IN THE LAST FIVE (5) YEARS.
• Above average computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Above average typing skills a must – at least 35 WPM
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A minimum of 2+ years in a role dealing with customers either face to face or over the phone

The Bilingual CSR will interface with customers to provide information to questions that prospective and current customers have regarding properties, amenities, rates, costs, restrictions, etc. THIS IS NOT A SALES OR COLLECTIONS ROLE! Majority of responsibilities will include:
• Handling customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner via email and phone
• Resolve concerns and questions that customers may have regarding properties and products.
• Process customer payments and enrollment requests for specific properties
• Direct any escalations that require moving up the chain of command
• Maintain accurate notes and data in client’s proprietary CRM system
• Work closely with management to ensure customer’s needs are addressed in a timely fashion
