Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Agent, your goal is to provide our customers a world-class experience through excellent product knowledge and skilled use of our business systems. Essential Job Duties:
  • Respond to incoming calls, including parts lookup and order entry;
  • Use of selling techniques to drive additional sales;
  • Service call resolution or escalation, includes providing order and delivery status;
  • Provide assistance to customers in accordance with KAO call quality standards;
  • Perform all tasks to specified standards and metrics on a consistent basis
Basic Qualifications: Computer proficiency; Punctuality and attention to detail; The ability to relate to our customers and help them solve problems.
Education & Experience: High school degree or equivalent
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have good written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work well with others; Must have good customer relation skills; A calm demeanor, but also the confidence to offer customers a better solution when available and the enthusiasm and energy to assist our customers in finding the products they need; A desire to grow professionally.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and be attentive to detail; Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call-center environment; 2+ years of college; Bilingual, English and Spanish

  • Requesting assistance as required
  • Identifying the best way to clarify what item the customer needs
