Due to their continued growth and expansion, our client is looking to add to their Dallas leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of highly-trained, professional customer service reps in this predominately B2B environment
  • Work hand-in-hand with peer manager, Customer Service Director and local GM to assist in developing and delivering world-class training programs covering key areas of customer service
  • Develop key deliverable and KPI's for CSR's which include daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
  • Conduct formal and informal coaching sessions during same timelines mentioned above
  • Continually seek ways to improve processes and procedures to ensure continued growth in each CSR's skill as well as growth in the company's performance metrics

Our client is seeking a professional that MUST POSSESS:

  • Bachelor's Degree is a MUST!
  • Minimum of seven years overall experience and a MINIMUM OF AT LEAST THREE YEARS IN A LEADERSHIP, SUPERVISORY CAPACITY
  • Experience working in a metric driven environment, but not a dictatorial, production-driven one
  • Prior experience providing support solutions in a tangible product based environment vs. a service environment
  • Proven track record of success managing and leading a team of professionals responsible for phone, email and live chat support
  • Demonstrate excellent grasp of keys to communication, i.e. listening, providing feedback, delegation of duties and follow up/follow through on those duties, creating a highly communicative team-oriented environment
  • Excellent computer skills working with all MS Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
    Comfort working in a hands-on leadership environment and ability to still "get on the phone" to lead by example as needed.
  • STABLE/CONSISTENT JOB HISTORY IS A MUST!! NO MORE THAN THREE (3) JOBS IN THE LAST TEN (10) YEARS.
