Our client recently relocated and expanded their operation in the Dallas area and are actively looking to add to their Customer Support Specialist team. In this role, you will work with key customers to ensure quality service and back-end billing issues are dealt with prior to any problems arising/occurring. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from both end-users and client partners to ensure all information needed is on hand
  • Contacting customers on a pro-active basis to gain additional information that may be needed for shipping of products or maintenance of products
  • Scanning documents (EOBs) into company database

In this role, our client is seeking to add to a team of qualified and highly successful team members so it is critical that you possess:

  • 2+ years overall customer service experience in a fast-paced environment where emphasis is placed on QUALITY outcomes vs. quantity of transactions
  • Thoroughness and an almost OCD-type mentality when it comes to system documentation
  • High-level of comfort working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and work in multiple systems and screens at one time
  • Strong command of professional-level communication - both verbally and in writing.
