Description

Our client is a recent relocation to the North Texas area and one of the premier medical device manufacturers in their niche space. Providing products to patients nationwide, our client works with a network of healthcare providers to support patient needs in a multitude of areas. Because of their recent growth and acquisition of a competitor, our client is seeking to add to their current Customer Service staff. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to patients with questions about product use and availability
  • Directing prospective patients to physicians that can provide them with the products needed
  • Answer questions regarding cost, billing, insurance coverage (EOB)
  • Working with team leads to assure customer inquiries both over the phone and via email area answered in a quick and timely fashion

Our client is seeking:

  • 2+ years customer service experience or administrative support experience
  • Experience/exposure working within a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of/ability to understand EOB processes a plus but not required
  • Empathetic personality.
  • Someone that has a high level of understanding and desire to "help" their customers
  • NO MORE THAN THREE JOBS IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS
