Our client is one of the fastest growing service providers to the mortgage and real estate construction industry. With offices based in the North Dallas/Addison area but a network of service providers that extend coast to coast, our client is looking to create a new position to be the key point person for a new service line they will begin offering to their customers in the coming weeks.

In this role, you will be report directly to the VP of Operations while handling the following duties:

  • Manage companies social media presence including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Working with senior leadership to update corporate intranet to relay information as appropriate
  • Create/develop brochures to assist in developing new business
  • Update companies web presence and internet site as directed by senior leadership team
  • Prepare reports from Google Analytics to ensure web presence is hitting the intended target on a consistent basis
  • Work with senior leadership team on creating press releases on an as needed basis (3-5 times per year)

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 3-5 + years in a marketing, public relations, advertising and/or communications role.
  • Excellent skills working with a Mac and Photoshop
  • Any prior experience working within the real estate world such as an agent, loan officer, underwriter, loan processor, title company, etc. a plus but not required.

Our client is needing someone that can work a minimum of 20 hours per week and is flexible on the days that you will be required to work. The position will not work more than 29 hours on any given week.

The current holder of this role is resigning due to a relocation in her husband's career so our client is looking to hire someone ASAP that can train with the current person.
