Description

Our client is one of the premier firms providing multiple levels of support services to the financial services, banking and lending industries. Recent acquisitions and new client additions have created an urgent need for a strong Administrative Assistant with exceptional accounting and finance skills. In this role, you will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with both the Controller and President/CEO of the company.

Your accounting duties will include:

Recording daily check deposits and other ACH transactions
Prepare weekly invoicing with direction of Controller
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Processing of 1099 contractor payroll on a bi-monthly basis
Your administrative duties will include:

Support executive team including President/CEO and Controller answering phones, screening calls, acting as gatekeeper, managing calendar, scheduling appointments, etc.
Prepare reports in support of key management including finance, operations and legal/compliance.

The ideal candidate selected for this role will also bring the following technical skills to the table:

8+ years overall experience with a MINIMUM OF THREE (3) YEARS IN A SIMILAR CAPACITY SUPPORTING KEY BUSINESS LEADERS AT A C-LEVEL OR V-LEVEL
Excellent MS-Excel skills, i.e. ability to work with macros, pivot tables, etc.
Above average skills working with other MS products including Word and Powerpoint
Experience preparing board decks and other business presentations and proposals
Tenure that is unquestionable - NO MORE THAN THREE (3) JOBS IN THE LAST FIVE (5) YEARS
