Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls and determine purpose of caller and forward to appropriate personnel or department if needed.
  • Assist customers with issues related to placed orders, tracking, product/service quality or billing.
  • Provide top notch support for clients experiencing difficulties using software.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year related experience in a Troubleshooting / Helpdesk type role
  • Impeccable phone etiquette and personality
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Systems and Microsoft Office Applications.

The Ideal candidate has an investigative mindset and a high degree of interest in computers and/or someone who is very technologically savvy.
